About me

I’m Arden Schroeder (they/them), a nonbinary Illustrator who creates work exploring nature and science. I discovered my creative process at MIAD, where I learned the skills to work with both traditional and digital mediums to give my art a tactile and lively feel. Spending time in nature inspires me, and I have traveled around the world to see new environments. Typically, I explore places near my hometown of Denver or my current home in Milwaukee where I love to go birdwatching and hiking.  Our world has so much to see, and I hope my work invites people to look with whimsy and excitement.
